Join FutureGov and Huddle for breakfast and a morning of breaking down organisational barriers to new thinking.

With predicted squeezes on public spending, the need to innovate and collaborate has never been more urgent, but organisational silos and entrenched thinking block new ideas about how to deliver better public services for less.

This session, designed for those with responsibility for change, internal communications and organisational development, will introduce attendees to online tools that can help overcome internal barriers and unearth new thinking and ideas.  With case studies, talks and practical exercises this workshop will be a chance to find out how social media can work inside organisations to connect people, manage projects, challenge the way things are done and let innovation take the fore.
